A quantidade depende bastante da essencia que vc usa. Se vc achar para vender ( geralemnte é importada) compre extrato natural de baunilha. O sabor é divino, e se usa menos...&lt;br /&gt;Se nao, use a baunilha comum mesmo. Eu coloco umas duas colheres de chá, mais ou menos... E este bolo era de chocolate. Existem várias receitas muito boas de pasta de goma, mas muitas delas usam clara de ovo crua, precisam de medidas exatas e em geral demoram uns dois dias para ficarem prontas. Tenho achado mais vantagem a pronta, que akém de tudo, acaba tendo mais qualidade e dá um bom acabamento.  Nesta historia de confeitar bolos, ex...</title><content type='html'>Oi Juliana!&lt;br /&gt; Nesta historia de confeitar bolos, existem muitas tecnicas diferentes, e as vezes, há diversas opçoes para se obter o mesmo efeito... Escrita é assim... Vc pode escrever com o glacê real, usando diferentes bicos e sacos de confeitar, pode fazer umas tirinhas de pasta e formar letras, pode escrever direto no bolo com corante e pincel... E as flores também... Existem flores de glacê, de pasta americana e de massa elástica ou pasta para flores. Os anturios eu fiz com esta última, que também se chama pasta de goma. Eu já cobri um bolo com a pasta no mesmo dia em que ele ia ser entregue, e ela nao secou realmente. Acho que isso nao estarag a deocraçcão. Quanto ao tempo de servir, depende do recehio. Vc tem que achar um preço que as pessoas daí paguem, e ao mesmo tempo, valorize seu trabalho. Um bolo confeitado e personalizado tem que ser mais caro que qualquer bolo comum, pois ele dá muito mais trabalho.&lt;br /&gt;Eu achei difícil no começo calcular por quilo, então decidi cobrar por porção, ou por fatia servida.
